Featured artist: Vampire Punk Boyz - Hiphop x Grunge Band Debut New Genre of Music

As part of our ongoing "Rap's New Generation" series, today we sat down with the upcoming underground artists Vampire Punk Boyz from Miami to talk about their recent music, their upcoming projects, their career advice and their overall experiences being in the music industry and they did not disappoint...

Thanks for taking the time to talk with us, Vampire Punk Boyz! Let's go back to the beginning of your career. How did you decide to become an artist?

Vampire Punk Boyz: Our band merged through metal management and clicked immediately in the first ever studio session.
Artists Wednesday, For De Lance and Vaughn Singleton are soon to hit the road for tour in September while their debut single, :Last Weekend" continues to gain traction

Be yourself and go with your intuition. Push your product with confidence,

What about concerts? Do you play live?

Last show was at The Ripple Effect Showcase in Miami, FL . Next show at Revolution Live as we headline on July 27th. Tour starts second week of September

Best punchline you ever wrote?

"I been laying in my bed, thinking about the words you never said. I can make it on my own. You call this place a house but this house isn't home. You pushed me in the deep in knowing damn well I can't swim"
- Vampire Punk Boyz

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

More singles from the band to drop in the near future and singles from each individual artist in the meantime as we push Last Weekend.
End of the year or top of 2020 expect an EP.

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

If they bring on our Independent collective as management and A&R.
We want full percentages and have no reason to split them with a major. We will accept marketing agency and distribution offers if they make sense.

Any last words?

Shout Out The Ripple Effect, our independent label collective.

Where can people follow you to stay up-to-date?
