How did you decide to become an artist?
M@nni M@n!a: I started rapping to my oldest brother's beats around age 7. Throughout elementary school, I rapped in a group with my siblings until I "retired" in middle school. It was then that I started teaching myself to compose and produce music. Fast forward almost 10 years later and now I'm taking over my city (Tallahassee, FL) with the heat beats and stepping back onto the rap scene with bars like I got something to prove!
Nobody wants it as bad as you want it, so don't rely on anyone to get you to where you want to be.
What about concerts? Do you play live?
I haven't performed live yet because I've been focused on producing for artists locally and nationwide, but I plan to turn up some venues real soon!

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
I'm currently working on a few projects with various artists, while also working on my own mixtape #Ascension as well as a special collab project meant to rep my city. I have many tracks available online, just lookup 'M@nni M@n!a' on Audiomack.com or Soundcloud.com to hear my latest songs.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I wouldn't unless the deal is too good to offer. It'd be cool to have access to the marketing potential of a major label, but it's not worth giving up creative freedom. My music is all about expressing yourself. In all honesty, I'm aiming to change the game and be the start of the next major record label (I'm talking Universal/Atlantic/Sony level)!!!
