How did you decide to become an artist?
PIMPTRESS: I was born to be a star since a kid I've always loved music and i always knew i wanted to be an artist
I'd say the best advice that was given to me would be to invest in yourself because if you don't believe enough in yourself to invest how could you possibly expect someone else to and to just be true to yourself and grind and don't stop!
What about concerts? Do you play live?
Yes i perform live and open for other major artist!
Best punchline you ever wrote?
peep game from a mile away, you aint just gonna finesse me and just get away… i got that white girl- old school call her madonna
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
Im currently working on my EP Titled " 12 Floors Up" and that will be available everywhere. I just released my "Epic Journey" project and that is now available ob datpiff.com also on the mymixtapez app and youtube! Ive also release 2 other mixtape in the past titled "Most Looked Ova" back in 2008 and "I Luv Music" was released back in 2009 also available on datpiff.com and youtube
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It really all depends at this point. Pros: More Money, Faster Exposure, More connections
Cons: Depending on record sales, numbers and fanbase determines nowadays if you will make hit records or not so i wouldn't want to be dropped from a label if i didn't sell records or do big numbers
