The BRONX is Working. Meet Buck Bundles

Featured artist: Buck Bundles - The BRONX is Working. Meet Buck Bundles

Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Buck Bundles.

How did you decide to become an artist?

Buck Bundles: I didn't. I just woke up and can rap one day. It's a really bugged out story but 100% true. I was actually serving time in Federal prison and one night while having a dream I was in a Cypha and woke out my sleep. I could remember some of the bars. And every time I would lay my head back down for the next hour or so more and more bars would come in my head. I've been going ever since. So I feel this is a gift more than anything.

The best advice I was given as I artist was when My Bro Big B'z called me one day and told me. Stop trying to make every song a hit and just start having fun with my music. And watch the difference.

What about concerts? Do you play live?

Yes. I do live shows and concerts when ever I get the opportunity.

Best punchline you ever wrote?

I'm the king in this shit don't you whale in this bitch your not known in your town/ Nanna the clip/Pass the Cannon to Nick/ Now he's controlling the crowd/ My youngins they violent your head on consignment/ No joking but they Wild'n Out

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

I'm currently working on my first project. Titled Buck Bundles Puma God. I've featured on compilation Mixtapes and other people's projects but this will be my first solo project.

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Yes I would sign a major contract. But my main focus is to go independent and get a label deal. I really don't know the pros and cons. I feel every Label and every artist is different and will always be dealt with accordingly.

Any last words?

Definitely want to give a Shoutout to my Brother Don Juan for all the help and work he out in with me on my project every step of the way. The whole Bronx especially my hood. Allerton Avenue. And last but not least ALL the haters and doubters that don't believe in me and counted me out. 2017 I'm in my bag.
