Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist A.C.EE B.
How did you decide to become an artist?
A.C.EE B: When I first realized I had a god given gift for writing I was 10 years old; I started composing poetry at an early age and I had already had this unconditional passion for music. I was inspired to become an emcee from the very first era of hip-hop music; as a child I remembered riding around with my dad listening to legendary artist such as KRS ONE, Public Enemy, Beastie Boyz, N.W.A, Tupac, Eric B & Rakim and various other great artist. My personal favorite then as a young child and even now as an adult were OUTKAST; The great duo of ANDRE 3000 and BIG BOI!! The minute I heard the album and actually song ”AQUEMINI”……I knew I was destined to follow in there footsteps!!
”Your brain is a brush and Your mouth is a bucket of paint; The word’s you speak through your music draws the most perfect picture. Continue using our generations ears, hearts & soul’s as your canvases to keep motivating, inspiring and educating our youths with your creative mind……..Don’t EVER change your style of music A.C.EE B”
What about concerts? Do you play live?
Yes, I am always looking to grace different stages and give the audience one of the best LIVE performances they Will ever see in their lives!
Best punchline you ever wrote?
”Don’t let life break ya or make a main fracture, and how I’m supposed to LIVE when it’s EVIL spelled backwards?, so is the word LOVE but that’s another chapter, and why the line then and HATE come after?” – A.C.EE B™

I also just finished working on a collaboration mixtape with independent artist and founder of C.I.A. ent female emcee (QUEEN) and featuring on the mixtape is my brother/business partner and independent artist from Bastrip, Louisiana. (TEZ DA HITMAKA). That project will be dropping in the summer and I have a surprise EP I’m working on and planning to release at ANYTIME now so be on the lookout for that as well.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
No I would rather branch myself out as a independent recording label and just sign a distribution deal with someone. That’s just me though, who knows that could change!
