ARTIST LR: Plugged In

Featured artist: ARTIST LR - ARTIST LR: Plugged In

Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist ARTIST LR.

How did you decide to become an artist?

ARTIST LR: Becoming an artist was something, that you want to want for yourself. It is a very long and some times desolate road that once started has to be completed. My story dates back to early adolescence as just playing around with words but never thought of it to be an actual career, after years of perfecting, dedication, and persistency the birth of Artist LR was conceived.

The best advice given to me as an artist was to keep on working and while doing so learn yourself and continue to create yourself, never confine yourself to society’s expectations.

What about concerts? Do you play live?

I myself Artist LR has and from time to time still do perform live, it is a necessity but at this current time I am more focus on promotion, marketing, and branding of myself.

Best punchline you ever wrote?

Ok my best punchline I’d rather look into an entire song entitled Money Crazy which can be found from my latest work Dedicated Fate. The entire song is a great punchline in that it plays off the basis of how money creates mobsters out of us in today’s society.

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

I am currently working on my next project entitled: ChapterOne. My previous and latest project was titled Dedicated Fate and is available on Datpiff, BandCamp and on my company’s website www.getitallrecords.com

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

I would definitely sign to a major label as long as the contact is beneficial to my vision. Who doesn’t need the extra help and exposure a record label can potentially bring, of course independence is now key but additional networking and growth can be made possible depending on your choice of record label decision. Cons would definitely be control of your material and whether that is compromised or not, pros of course consist of the resources and contact connections within the industry or major labels.

Any last words?

ENT LLC VT Vettty, all of my supporters and fans, Ms Brittany Davis (support) and any body paying attention to the goals I’ve been out to attain. Im from Ft.
