How did you decide to become an artist?
Crisis901: My decision to become an artist came out of me hating the direction of music on the radio in my city. The music glorified drug sales and talentless rappers with catchy gimmicks. I said I’d make music that people who thought like me would love
When doing performances, never spit over your words. That’s for Wack rappers
What about concerts? Do you play live?
i love doing concerts, I can show my diversity in the longer sets
Best punchline you ever wrote?
lol I think best is by taste but my favorite line is ” My flo tighter no ghostwriter/ you don picked a pepper no Peter piper/ My pen piercing it’ll paralyze ya/ Paramedics a prioritize ya
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
i am working on a re-release to ”Hip Hop Hero” at the moment. I have released 3 projects to date: National Treasure: Book of Crisis , Forever Music, and H2Hero all available on crisis901.com
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It depends, Do they still give deals where i have creative control, can work with who I please, own my publishing, etc lol I’ll wait
Any last words?
