JAWSH? Oh my GAWSH!

Featured artist: JAWSH - JAWSH? Oh my GAWSH!

Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist JAWSH.

How did you decide to become an artist?

JAWSH: loved rap music ever since I was little. Father is from Texas and didn’t like me listening to rap so I’d sneak around with my headphones in listening to rap music. I started writing when I was 14 then my mom caught me writing graphic lyrics and grounded me. I stopped writing for 2 years then started up again because I realized it is what I want to do and what makes me happy.

Do what you think is right no matter what others think.

What about concerts? Do you play live?

I play live when I have the money to afford it. I would love to do more shows but money doesn’t grow on trees.

Best punchline you ever wrote?

All my punch lines ;) haha

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

I’m working a demo at the moment. I have one single out that I recorded in my friends closet but I’d have way more out of I could pay for studio time.

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

I dont know it depends on the offer. Pros you get money and et to make rap your job the cons are you don’t get to make the music that you want, they have the overall control of what you put out.

Any last words?

Shoutout to my manager Noah Love, My boys Moka, Ali, Lee, and Devin. My mom for everything she has ever done. Both my sisters Stephanie and Jaidyn. My nephew Eli. And last but not least my Girlfriend Emma. She is what keeps me sane believe it or not. I love all these people with all of my heart. If anything come out of rap these are the people who will be eating with me because they are the ones who starved with me!
