How did you decide to become an artist?
D. Anthony B.: My whole life, all I’ve known was music. From singing in the choir with my grandma, to building cardboard booths in the basement and performing at dive bars, every aspect of performing has always been the driving force behind what I do.

What about concerts? Do you play live?
I haven’t done a show in about two years, but theres nothing better than a live show so I’m always open to doing them!
Best punchline you ever wrote?
I aint budgin or shakin, If I want it Im gon take it, man these cats say they can do it like me, I say they fakin, and I’m just tryin to keep it real, man I aint hatin, but the difference between you and me is dedication.
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
”D. Anthony B.” is my current self titled mixtape that I’m working on. Hopefully will get that done and out to the listeners by January. In 2005 I released ”Never Give Up” 2007 was ”R n D. Anthony B.” and 2009 was ”Definition of Love”. The current mix ”D. Anthony B.” will feature a mix of songs from all those and some fresh tracks. I’m alot older now so remixing them is so much fun.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It really depends honestly. Providing for my family is number one, but I will never sacrifice my moral character for a dollar. I won’t change and don’t change and that goes to my very core

Antonio Jackson, a guy who always gets my creative juices flowing. Mrs. D.
