Featured artist: ST.KAL - he’s buzzing in the streets of richmond, virginia!!
Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist ST.KAL.
How did you decide to become an artist?
ST.KAL: I decided to become an artist once I realized there’s nothing else I can do that will make me happy. I was influenced by some of the great artist of our time such as 50cent and t.i.. everything I’ve done in life has got me to the point where I am now, so me deciding to become an artist was not so much as a choice it was a path. I feel like this, if I cant rap i don’t know what else there would be for me to do and to be happy doing it.
dont get discouraged keep going because i see a star and you going to make it
What about concerts? Do you play live?
i do currently play live at events and concerts as of now trying to build up my fan base
Best punchline you ever wrote?
when you see me on the block know i move that yay, cause i have a dream working hard to reach it everyday. if you try to knock my hustle try to take my pay ima take yo top off just like a toupee
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
i am currently working on a group project with my other artist (k.i. Stacks). the group is called G.A.T.T Music and were working on putting together a mixtape project. i have released my latest project called FearLess thats available now on datpiff.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
i would sign a record contact with a major label. the pro’s of signing with a major is that i have a machine behind me and the cons are my creativity will be marginalized.
Any last words?
I would like to give a shot out to my Fans and Peers for supporting me through this journey to the top. shot to Richmond, Virginia for the love and hate I receive its all appreciated as I climb to the top and reign as KING.
