How did you decide to become an artist?
Yung OLOP: I wrote poems since I was in the 4th grade music has always been apart of my family but my aunt actually told me to remember my poem that I wrote n say it with rhythm I’ve been writing and free styling every since
The best advice that I received was that when one door is closed another one is always open you can’t give up you have to keep searching for that open door this advice came from my mother
What about concerts? Do you play live?
No I haven’t reached that point in my career yet but I daydream about it often
Best punchline you ever wrote?
Why listen to your chest instead of what your mind say/ the game of chest is a mind game/ Checkmate….I’m moving kings out the way
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
I’m working on my first mixtape which is labeled Tunnel Vision this is going to be a classic I’m working with a lot of different genres of music as well I want it to have a different vibe to it and I also want fans to be able to listen and acknowledge the lyrical genius that I put forth to be honest I’m not trying to blow up thts not my goal my goal is to provide good music and possibly heal someone through song
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes and no let me explain yes because I get to work with big names and collab with legends build friendships and possibly bring families together no because people are out for there own personal gain so they will do whatever it takes to make sure they succeed people that know you don’t have your best interest at heart so why would someone that doesn’t know you from a can of paint would make sense?
