Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist VA’s General.

How did you decide to become an artist?

VA’s General: well music has always been my drive no matter what I'm going throw no matter what i have been throw, ups and downs losses and victories I believe that everyone is here for a reason and mines is music. I have I million dollar inspirational life story i think the world should hear, and my life is why I decided become and artist.

The best advice given to me was to stay true to who I am, make every song as a hit and , to never get discouraged .

What about concerts? Do you play live?

well yes I perform at open mic shows three times a week and travel out of town two times of month.

Best punchline you ever wrote?


”I have lost close friends of mine, could have lost my life many times. but I think the lord, and I count my blessing, and I owe Christ like every dime”.

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

i am working on my first album called ”On My Way’.

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

well I am not currently sign to anyone, I'm independent

Any last words?

blessing me with a second chance in life. shout outs to my mother in farther all my sisters big shout outs my home team, local artists and everybody who supported me and been there since day one. and last but not least big shouts out to the place were I was born and raised, Richmond Virginia.
