Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Gio Rawr | Xclu$ive | DJ Rawry GranDaddy.
How did you decide to become an artist?
Gio Rawr | Xclu$ive | DJ Rawry GranDaddy: I started off doing graphic designs & music videos. I came across doe boy’s music way back when he released ”Since 1994” mix-tape. I was instantly a fan so i looked him up on Youtube, messaged him about designing for him & to my surprise he replied. Before that becoming an artist was just like a fairy-tale dream to me. But I sent him some work he added me added me on facebook, this is when i was about 16 but we been working ever since. I do my own covers & music video’s
Definitely the day Kongo hit my line & told me he supported the move & don’t stop
What about concerts? Do you play live?
I haven’t gotten the chance yet, through the years i’ve been in some issues with the law, In & out of Jail. This has held me back a whole lot but I’m moving forward & would love to .
Best punchline you ever wrote?
Aint nothing change. Different day same shit since 94 i been to it. I’m Cayman Islands, Xclu$ive
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
I’ve designed for some Rubber Band Money Gang artist plus others & have some music videos both for myself & other global artist. I haven’t released any music yet but i do have some bangers ready , Im working on a DJ mixtape ” The Movie: Rockstar Games” & my depute Mixtape later on in the year . I Like to surprise my supporter hence the alias ”Xclu$ive”
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Rubber Band Money Gang/FreeBandz I feel like they’ll let me work how i wanna

Shout out the 345, Cayman Islands & all the local artist doing there thing. Big shout out to my label I’m working on 345Cinema ( DJ Young Lee , Sin Gambit, Lowkey ) there’s others in there but Ima keep them on the DL for now.. you know who you are.
