Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Kocaine.
How did you decide to become an artist?
Kocaine: At first it started as a joke, my lil brother Hatch Boy of Badazz Ent. use to come home with raps wrote down rapping to me. So one day I wrote my own rap to surprise him after he rapped his rap. He told me I was good so we just ran with it.
I was told to always perfect your craft and never settle for less.
What about concerts? Do you play live?
Wherever i get booked, I will Perform.
Best punchline you ever wrote?
Fuck you, tha last thang a fuck nigga said, befo tha red beam lit his scalp and bust his head, left his white tee shirt red, white chalk around yo body, call it spagetti’s, i guess his brains played tha meatballs, chrome choppa played tha fork its time to eat yall, eat yall!!
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
Currently I’m working on a few projects at one time. My solo mixtape title ”My Turn Nah”, a group mixtape title ”Pardon Tha Interruption”. And on datpiff.com I have a mixtape out title Tha Hittaz-No Price I$ 2 Low.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yea if the money and the contract is legit.
Any last words?
Yea salute to my hometown Baton Rouge, La. All my family and friends who support me!! All my hittaz like Hatch boy, Duke, Lil Gangsta, Stackz, Mafia Malik, Rosco Feddi datz my cuzin from Oakland, Ca he go hard too. But most of all MY GOD, Cause he who I get my talents from. And last but not lease, YOU HATERS!!!! I LOVE YALL
