Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Cado.
How did you decide to become an artist?
Cado: I started writing poetry and lyrics at a young age, I’ve always had a musical interest and It just grew into me rapping. After listening to many different artists, I finally decided I wanted to try it myself.
Write down your emotions, how you feel.
What about concerts? Do you play live?
I plan on eventually playing live when I get the money.
Best punchline you ever wrote?
I’m sick as sick gets but no longer Sikness, Cado is the name an ya’ll are pigeons, cause you know that crap is for the birds, Nah I’m just seeing if you’re paying attention,
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
I’m currently working on a mixtape. I’ve only worked on singles in the past.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes
