How did you decide to become an artist?
White Weezy: I decided to become an artist by being consumed in the art of rap. The first rap song i ever took the time to learn word for word was 'Rap God' by eminem. I learned how to make my words flow and how to write lyrics. The day i decided i wanted to begin rapping as a recording artist i was told that i wasnt going to get far with music and that it wasnt going to work out for me. After that day i set the goal to someday be on XXL as a freshmen and hopefully that day is soon.
The best advice i ever got was from someone who was close to me and they told me basically never to stop following my dreams and setting aspirations.
What about concerts? Do you play live?
Ive played 7 times at Blackthorn 51 and now im just looking for new oppurtunities and new venues to perform at.

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
Currently im working on a project called Distinct Being which is going to be one of my best works since the album is more focused on a specific topic. The first mixtape i released that started my career in rap was called World War Weez. This album was 12 songs and it was the first album i ever put true lyricism into. After that i dropped a surprise album called Unreleased Tracks, which was an album of songs ive worked on but hadnt released. In the summer of 2016 i released my first EP which was well put together and many people enjoyed it. This winter i put out a 12 track mixtape called New Beginnings which was to tell people that i have changed and that i am not the same rapper i was in 2014. New beginnings happens to be my most popular mixtape so far.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would sign a record contract with a major label because of the exposure. When a major record label signs someone you gain recognition and you meet people who are equally talented as you are. The con of signing to a label is that the label controls the release of your music in some cases
