Featured artist: Creamatic - Creamatic: A Houston Mc
Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Creamatic.
How did you decide to become an artist?
Creamatic: At first, I've wanted to be just a music producer. I've always had a passion for music but, I never expexted to become an artist. I've been going to concerts and listening to numourous of artists. I was just inspired by the greats.
I haven't met this artist but, jay z said in a interview, "people look at you strange saying you change like you work that hard to stay the same like your doing all this for a reason."
What about concerts? Do you play live?
Yes I do. Whenever I perform, I do it like its my last. I love interacting with the crowd and seeing other artist perform.
Best punchline you ever wrote?
Cigarettes and depression become a trend So people can feel to fit in That's wack
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
I'm working on a project that Is currently in the works. I don't wanna give too much info on that. The last track I released is title "urban". Ive collabed with MC Gels, an artist from Bronx, NY, that was featured on urban. It contains a sample from Nas and Biggie.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
As of now, no. I rather be independent and doing things on my own. It would be nice to be on a label such as GOOD music, TDE, Roc Nation and such more, but I fell like i haven't reach that level yet. Pros, having enough cash to get my people out of here. Cons, not having fun as I am independently.
Any last words?
Ayo, shout out to Silk gang for everything. Shout out to my people, Baker yung, J.Knight, Master Psyi, Future producers , all my supporters and future supporters.
