How did you decide to become an artist?
JAYCHIPS: one day I was listening to some Bone thugs N Harmony
I got inspired
I wrote a few songs
that gave me a small buzz
I stayed with it
I started free styling
people told me I had it
and I knew it
I have stuck with it because music is my passion
the best advice i recieved was from my cousin Mike. He told me stay with it jay you hot
What about concerts? Do you play live?
ive njever played live but im looking foward to doing my first show,
Best punchline you ever wrote?
if its a long to get signed then i take cuts razor blade flow
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
im currently working on my first mixtape and a few group songs with my brother and childhood friend
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
yes i would sign with a labe if it not a 360 deal meaning the lable is the one making all of the money the pros would be getting my music heard all over the from coast and im getting to do what i love cons would be putting in hard and not be rewarded
Any last words?
my family my group NGP my city DETROIT and all of my fans but most importantly my two beautiful daughters I do it for them.
