Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Dred Dun Dot.
How did you decide to become an artist?
Dred Dun Dot: I grew up a hip hop junky growing up listening to Rakim, Nas, Big L, Camron, Ghetto Boys and Ugk. By the age of 15 I was writing my own lyrics crafting my style.
Stay true to myself and my fan and work hard.
What about concerts? Do you play live?
Yes I have opened up for acts such as Kilo Ali, DG Yolo and more.
Best punchline you ever wrote?
I got a partner got a bad habit wit his nose/Swear it hurt me to my heart to see him on the dope
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
I am working on my new album B.A.R.S. (Been A Real Spitta) due out in September. My mixtape Tales oa a Paper Chaser is out now.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
