Featured artist: Mr. C-Fo T.L.E. - Dallas Rap Artist And Producer
Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Mr. C-Fo T.L.E..
How did you decide to become an artist?
Mr. C-Fo T.L.E.: I grew up listening to Hip Hop which influenced me to want to create art out of music, creating my own sound. Music isn’t only sounds and lyrics, it is an art that can not be crafted by just anyone! It takes passion, time, and dedication with any project that you set your mind to! The fame and the fortune is irrelevant: Record deal or not, I’ll continue to create my art! I choose to follow the gift that God has blessed me with! It can be said that I’m only chasing a dream, but, I am only doing what was all ready written.
Stay true to your own style. Although everyone may not like your work, you should still continue to do what you do! You must not ever give up!
What about concerts? Do you play live?
I’ve done a couple shows, and will be performing for Coast2Coast July 18th
Best punchline you ever wrote?
Beware when the syllables spill- I’m Ice Cube on you fools cause I kill it at will
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
I’m currently working on releasing my second mixtape (Stuck In The 90’s) I’ve also previously released my first mixtape (Bak To Da Basics)
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If record labels were not so quick to change and control their artists, it would be a consideration. Distrubution deals are always welcomed
Any last words?
Shouting out to my label Planet Spare Room, those who support me and follow me on social media, as well as my family, and my wife (Dallas Blindest) who has worked with me and supported me through each and every step of the way! Shout out to the city of Dallas and all of the up and coming artists!
