How did you decide to become an artist?
Slink Da Sapphire King: I grew up listening to hip hop and always was a part of it from listening to free styling. I was new I wanted to be a rapper, but was waiting for it to happen. Then one day I realized I wasn’t where I expected my seI to be. I started recording and setting up shows. That was back in 2010 and since then Iv’e been out here doing shows selling cd’s and trying to get my self out. It’s destiny.
To just be yourself and do it, no second guessing yourself.
What about concerts? Do you play live?
Yes I do shows. I do shows at local and national levels.
Best punchline you ever wrote?
Flow tight ride hard like a motor bike / I rise up into the mountains I climb I hike
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
Im working on doing some collaborations and recently I dropped the single Drinking Celebration Ft. K Money Produced by Tripple Blak
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes. The pros man it’s all pros that would mean that I mad it. The only possible con would be how the underground or local seen would react.
