The Prince Of Ambition

Featured artist: IZZAC - The Prince Of Ambition

Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist IZZAC.

How did you decide to become an artist?

IZZAC: I wanted to be an artist all my life. I started rapping since I was 11 years old. It was a hobby then. I never took it seriously until my classmate from high school texted me and asked me to record my first song ”Humble Upbringings” in his recording studio. The rest is history and now making GREAT music is my main focus and passion.

To all my fellow aspiring artists my advice for you is to never give up. If this is your dream hold on to it never let it die. Always be yourself and never copy someone else.

- IZZAC

What about concerts? Do you play live?

Yes I have performed 5 previous times. I have performed in Manhattan for Cassidy the famous rapper and ChooBiggz an upcoming artist co-signed to 50 Cent and CEO of SoSerious Corp.

Best punchline you ever wrote?

I keep it 100 give me a God damn break, I won’t cry over girl my name ain’t Drake!
- IZZAC

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

I have currently finished my debut mixtape titled ”Humble Upbringings Vol. 1” it has 10 tracks. 9 written by myself and 1 song co-written by my producer. I am working on ”Humble Upbringings Vol. 2”

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

At this stage of my life and due to the things I hear about majors I wouldn’t. The reason is that for instance look at Macklemore and Mac Miller they’re doing it big with no label behind them. All you need is ambition and of course the Internet.

Any last words?

Shoutot to my producers Pat Rosario, Felix Echevierra and Stephen Garcia. Shoutout to my homie that’s an aspiring DJ Alex Mafias (AM1). Shoutout to my home state New Jersey! Shoutout to the independent record label I’m in named Ghetto Rich Entertainment Records we taking over the game soon. Shoutout to all the hungry, ambitious and talented artists getting out there and grinding making good music trying to live out there dreams.
