Featured artist: T Bone - Next to blow, The one and only T Bone!
Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist T Bone.
How did you decide to become an artist?
T Bone: ”It really just kind of happened (Laughing). One day I got in the studio and made a freestyle to the DJ UNK walk it out instrumental and from there I just kind of stuck with it. My high school teachers always told me my voice would get me far in life.”
”Best advice I’d give any artist is don’t let people tell you no. I’ve heard no so many times in my life but that just made me grind that much harder to prove them wrong. Stay foucused and chase your dreams, one day it will happen and you’ll make it!”
What about concerts? Do you play live?
”Always. Usually I post about all my shows on twitter. If you ever want to find out where you can see me live go to my twitter page and I’m sure you’ll see. We also in the process of working on a new website.”
Best punchline you ever wrote?
Boy you fucking with my team, You get jumped like a hurdle Plus it’s not suspenders on but two straps, Steve Urkel
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
”Right now I’m working on my next mixtape before I drop my album, ”I Gotta Have It.” Other than that I have the Sean Combs music video on VEVO and two singles, O.M.S. and Oh Daddy.”
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
”Depending on the money. I would but the price would have to be right. For now, me and my team good independent.”
