Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist J-Smoov.
How did you decide to become an artist?
J-Smoov: When I was 11, I used to watch my bestfriend brother freestyle and record in his home made studio. I always was a fan of music. I just started put together rhymes that I used play around with and that’s how it all got started.
The best advice given to me was, That whatever you do don’t stop rapping , cause you never know how close you were to making it.
What about concerts? Do you play live?
I am always up to give the best live performance.
Best punchline you ever wrote?
I quickly tell em, they don’t know who they dealing with, I’m killin shit, god made you short on your senses if you ain’t feelin this… Somethin light
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
I just recently a mixtape called,”Only The Beginning.” I Am currently working on my newest project ”Truthfully Speaking”
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It depends, I like being underground thou,
