Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Forever LC.

How did you decide to become an artist?

Forever LC: My mother wrote poetry , Her Father Played Spanish Guitar, I grew up around Rich-Latin Art. I had a chance meeting with My Producer and Mentor, JPU back in High School, he was the first guy to make his own CD from our area. He saw something in me and put me on.

When you want to succeed as bad you want to breathe, then you'll be successful, I heard it and a few months later reached that point in life, then everything changed.

What about concerts? Do you play live?

Yes, JPU and I perform in the Tri-State Area and in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Best punchline you ever wrote?

”Forever LC’s A GianT, Like Godzilla, when I touchdown – Got’em Screamin’ ”Hayaku!, Hayaku!” Konichiwa Bitches, Better run now!

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

I just did a song with my group SLeepy GianTZ for Funk Volume’s ”Don’t Fu[$]k Up Our Beats 6” Rap Contest. It’s a self-titled track, you can see it on youtube. I got older projects in circulation, but non-that I am promoting right now, they where made before my awakening and are fine, but not worth the attention at the moment.

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

I probably wouldn't sign with a Major, My Family and Crew come first, the deal would need to be on my terms because time is very Important to me, Forever LC. And I couldn't see a Major Label allowing me the freedoms I need right out the gate. And JPU and myself already built so much, it's hard for me to see a label that would be willing to work with us and understand how we work. But, A Smaller Label, Maybe ran by another Artist, I think that might work better, But times are changing, I am open-minded about all opportunities of all sizes.

Any last words?

JPU ”Sugarskull” first and foremost. All-Starz the Crew. Carlos Alberto and Amanda Aselia, Funk Volume for the great opportunity they gave me with this contest and all the exposure that came with it. Rapbeats for the interview, And last but not least, My Wife and Mother, they are the North and South Poles of my world and My little boy my Sun.

Where can we contact you?
