How did you decide to become an artist?
D swagg: I always knew I would be a rapper cuz it was a way of voicing my opinion and expression im a very outspoken person when I feel strongly about something or im going threw something hip hop was my voice and I foundout I had a natural talent for and a voice look and swagg that was very appealing to everyone so I guess it wasnt something I chose but something that chose me and most people can relate to what im saying because its real.so it was a way to get threw hardtimes and uplift and thats definetly my goal.
keep writting and stay motivated no matter what reaction you get because no matter what you have to keep doing what you do as a independent artist the struggle is alot harder having to invest in yourself and having to learn proper tactics and staying up threw ups qnd downs and never giving up following threw with your dreams and accomplishing your goals
What about concerts? Do you play live?
yes I do I definetly jump on first opportunity to get maximum exposure no matter the cost no matter the distance or turn out im all the way invested
Best punchline you ever wrote?
Cant really say I have a favorite punchline they all good you would have to tune in and listen ill let the fans decide to each they own
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
righ now im working on my 2cd mixtape loyalty ova royalty but I just released my 1st mixtape ghetto swaggalous which is a way of life bascically letting people know even though you may be struggling or going threw stuff you can still keep a positive attitude and live a happy fullfilling life and do what wanna do its a conscious choice
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
honestly thats not my goal at all I like being independent but if the money rite and the percentages are rite and #1 id have to have rights to all my music and complete creative control to even consider that no slave binding stuff
Any last words?
Yes definetly first off shot out to the whole seattle area 206 cause I wouldnt be nothing without my city cental westside southend northend the whole town secondly the droman productions camp for beleibving in me giving me a chance and keeping it real when most wouldnt. Also dj pat much love A.B. and this new smg group im bout to start with my homeboi culture. Heleina Gartrell and Natalie stradford for keeping me focused and motivated special shotout to Gabriel my #1 fan in virginia the whole shelby nc area and all my fans my beautiful family and most important God thank you
