Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Slick Davis.
How did you decide to become an artist?
Slick Davis: i started writing music when i was 8 & made my first song called ”wax it all of” at the age of 12. Prior to that i had got musically inpsired and let the pen take me away. it was alot of up and downs that brought me down but were back and working harder then ever so please keep me in thought as my next mixtape ” this to get rich” drops in late December or early February
the best advice given to me was ”let your work speak for you it says more than i ever can”
What about concerts? Do you play live?
no. im working on it for this year im hoping i get one additional to this mixtape

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
i released a mixtape a year ago but this new one shows progress and a whole lot of it , practice makes perfect
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
everyone’s going on & on about staying independent since nipsey brought it into awareness again but ill probably have to see when the time come around . under some good circumstances we could make something great
