Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Zovakcain.
How did you decide to become an artist?
Zovakcain: I grew listening to hip-hop at a young age but being an artist didn't actually happen until 2013 when I was put on house arrest. It was then I focused my energy on making positive music, an actually devoting time to make music and network.
The best advice given to me was by Stat Quo he told me to be yourself and speak your life on the microphone and find out what audience you want to talk too.
What about concerts? Do you play live?
I did a couple of showcases performances recently one was during A3C weekend in Atlanta back in October 2015 and I just got back from sxsw in Austin,Texas were I came in 4thplace in the coast2coast showcase.Currently puttin my first concert together now.

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
I am currently working on" I Need That Beat Too "which is the sequel to "I Need That Beat " which can be downloaded on datpiff.com. Also you can stream it at www.soundcloud.com/zovakcain
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would sign a major label deal if the numbers were right.The pro's would definitely be having worldwide exposure and access to special music events.The con's would be using the money from your deal and budgeting it for videos,studio time,travel expenses.
