How did you decide to become an artist?
Nova King: I decided to become an artist at the age 12 or 13, I had a lot of problems at home and things that I had no one to talk to about. Therefore I body composition notebook I started to express myself that way instead of keeping everything bottled up inside. I was inspired by Notorious B.I.G life after death the most then came 2pac,the lox,jay z etc
Keep putting out quality music and never stop. Eventually they will recognize your talent, if you keep kicking at the door eventually it will open
What about concerts? Do you play live?
Yes I do anytime anywhere and for free at that. I'm willing to Showcase my talent anywhere over the globe
Best punchline you ever wrote?
some may not like my songs but the grind is so respected
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
Well I'm currently working on the next mixtape called The Life and styles mixtape Vol 2. I just dropped the first life and styles mixtape in March and I'm still in the lab almost finished with the next one. FYI I have 4 mixed tapes total coming out this year
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It's definitely possible but it depends on who it's with and the pros and cons. If I were still signed to a major label I would have to weigh my options to see what is the best situation that I could be in
Any last words?
Shout out to everybody in Virginia that supports each other no matter what we're doing. There's a lot of hate and selfishness in the state of va but there still are a few supporters
