Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist De4dwolf.
How did you decide to become an artist?
De4dwolf: I decided to become an artist from being pushed by my own self and just life experiences that have caused me to express my pain/feelings through my songs and so I use that to try and create amazing music that others can relate too, so without all of the people who have also pushed me to keep going, I might have not been here.
Do not look ahead at where you see yourself as an artist years from now, to many negative thoughts usually pop up and make you doubt yourself, just work hard and be consistent and live in the moment, and most of all have fun with it!
What about concerts? Do you play live?
I have never played live or at a concert, but I think if I had the chance id rip the mic up on stage for people!
Best punchline you ever wrote?
Body aching, patiently embracing ways to open the human races pineal glandd!
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
I am currently just working on becoming a better mixer/masterer and while I do that I am finishing up my album Dre4m Chaser & I also just released a new single which is "Tha Galaxiez Prodigy"
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I probably wouldn't just because the music industry is mostly soo damn watered down, and I don't like that shit, ima keep it real with myself and everyone else listening to my music, I am not just a "rapper" as I look at it, I am very complex artist looking to do many different things with my music, and if yall don't like it, it's okay because at the end of the day I'm experimenting with this music and I'm always learning new things about it every time I make a track, so I just guess I can say I'd be rather stay independent and do me and build my own movement!
Any last words?
