Featured artist: Trashy White - Loved by few, Hated by many.
Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Trashy White.
How did you decide to become an artist?
Trashy White: As a young child I used to write poetry as a way to release emotions and thoughts and learnt that I wasn't the only one going through particular issues at such a young age so decided to write music so people could listen and relate.
Tell your story nobody else's.
What about concerts? Do you play live?
Yes I've performed local to international support shows.
Best punchline you ever wrote?
All eyes on me like I'm Truman or something/Who you seen this hot since a Jew in an oven.
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
Working on my debut solo album "13"
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends what they could do for me I'm not already doing for myself. Pros – 100% focus on making music without all the self promotion and business side of things that takes time out of the creativity side of things Cons – Be controlled and havin my music owned by a label that had no creativity input in to my music.
Any last words?
Yes S/O to Likwid Eyece and the Urban Prophetz for everything they done to make me the artist I am today truly inspirational to see something made from nothing. Also Bad Mood Movement for keeping the inspiration and motivation to continue music alive.
