Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Boney G.
How did you decide to become an artist?
Boney G: Started when i was 12 years old me and my cousin made our own group called Tripple Darkness he was older but i was the head honcho.I always had the talent to write,rap and sing.I always was dedicated i just end up letting the streets take over my dream but as i got older and got involved in the system i started to get back dedicated to my life which is music.I have over 240 songs i have wrote from new to old.I am known as a struggle,real life artist i talk about life itself,trials and tribulations,the society im not a trap rapper but i will give you a trap song 1 out of 10 of my product.People always tell me i go hard,im the realest and best that never been heard so im on a mission to finish what i started and share with the world this talent god have blessed me with…Remember my name because i will be heard and seen in due time……..Boney G

What about concerts? Do you play live?
Had a chance was invited to a couple out of town events but i had to work those days
Best punchline you ever wrote?
This aint the life i chose,this the life i was given,stealing and killing surviving try’n to have me a living,hard times got me filling,damn right i got fillings i go to church every sunday just to get me a healing,baptist my religion i was born a christian,ran from it when i was young didnt know what i was missising,as i ask for forgiveness lord i know that you listening,i been lost in this world caught in my superstition,looking for recognition but it didnt swing my way,digging deep in my mind searching for calvin gray,with the jr at the end,growing up by myself never had friends so call kin but they was really blood,never supported me never showed me love,life as a thug is like life at its worst,im trying hard right nah not to cursre in this verse,as i ride in this hurst taking my final ride,thinking bout killing myself cause it hurts inside,it hurts inside you can see it in my eyes……
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
Currently working on my first album Live From The Underground.I only release freestyles on my facebook page once a week from my home computer to just give my audience a taste of what they shall get from me when i drop my cd.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Of course thats my goal to be the best which i am for my label
Any last words?
Rest in peace to my momma,my baby brother,my grandma,my uncle.One love to my four amazing kids and to the state of Mississippi stand up,I SALUTE
