How did you decide to become an artist?
Alcatrazz: By becoming inspired by artists like Spice 1 and Ice-T and also as a way to cope with my anger.
To simply believe in yourself and never give up
What about concerts? Do you play live?
Yes i perform live whenever i am fortunate enough to get put onto a concert bill
Best punchline you ever wrote?
Chop ya head off and put it tween ya dead mother’s chest/Put ya head in her pussy for some post-death incest
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
I am putting the finishing touches on my debut album Alleyz Of Darkness
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes but only if i am given creative control. The pros of a major label backing you is a higher availability of your music and another pro is the fact that you’re more likely to get better promotion but the cons are the very real possibility that you may be pressured to change your music up to make the label happy and the fact that you’ll have a lot more pressure to sell a certain amount of albums not to mention, you’ll make less money per sale on a major label than with an independent label
