Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Dutchy Diniero.
How did you decide to become an artist?
Dutchy Diniero: When I was younger I used to write poetry & flow here & there. About 3yrs ago while at school my roomate (Unsigned artist Jae Tips) really inspired me to take my craft serious get good at it. Started writing freestyles, a few hooks, then the rest was takeoff. The Mixtape I feel gone surprise alot.
Don’t dumb it down. Stay true to urself when u write & make music.
What about concerts? Do you play live?
Yes any chance I get. Being the fact I’m still ground level with this career stuff I’m always down for showcases & live performances wherever possible.
Best punchline you ever wrote?
Extra extra….u been knews I get this paper…… Busting chops at home in da purple la….like I’m a laker
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
finishing up OverHated/Underrated my 1st solo mixtape. Need my cover work & we gone shoot one more visual be we drop it.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
yea why not. Long as the numbers right & they ain’t tryna rape me, Let’s get it lol
Any last words?
I wanna show out the whole upstate movement that is 845. I Wann shout out my Team HMG (Highlyfe Music Group). I wanna shout out all the trash rappers upstate making it easy for talent 2 shine. & I wanna shout out yell RapBeats for the opportunity at some more exposure.
