How did you decide to become an artist?
IAmYGM: I decided to become an artist because I always have a love for music I could never explain. I use to grab the brush in stand in front of the TV just rapping repeating what was being said just acting like I was a star. As I got older I started to write my own raps, at the lunch room free-styling to my friend beating on the table why all the other kids formed a circle around us, yes! them days was fun. After that in everyone telling me I was talented I started to really pursue a career as a recording artist.
Go hard for what you believe in, never let someone tell you the sky is the limit, the sky has no limit!
What about concerts? Do you play live?
I do a little live performance at local events and parties. Nothing to major right now.
Best punchline you ever wrote?
how you claiming you real when you know that I know that you niggas disloyal, you get caught with some work get out in 3 days man you niggas informers. ma'ma said "boy don't be Adam fucking with Eve don't eat shit from that garden".
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
Right now I am working on my 4th mixtape "BoeVille". I released my 3rd mixtape "Home Sick" like 2 months ago.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Who wouldn't sign a record contract!! Well the pros and cons very do to finances and ownership. All I really care about is my royalties.
Any last words?
Oh fo sho!! I want to give a big shoutout to all those who supporting me with this music, my fans for being loyal in pushing me to keep going into go harder. Big Big BIG thanks to my back bone my girl for having my back giving me feed back on every track that I do, she keep it 100 no matter what.
