How did you decide to become an artist?
Phokused The Great: I started writing poetry first but I have been doing music since I was about 11
I started out singing I just liked rap more.
But my mother can sing so I think it just runs in the family.
Stay focused and stay humble
What about concerts? Do you play live?
Yes… Got a few projects in the works right now 2016 my year.
Best punchline you ever wrote?
"Don't treat me like a local dude cause I ain't one of them lames n***** I'm blowing gas while I smack ya ass I'll share this propane witcha now I got her twisted like dreadlocks back to back those are head shots and all I do is pick her up blow a blunt and watch a red box then I'm gone" -Phokused
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
I got a single called EXOTIC I'm about to drop, but the mix tape "Rap Games StepSon" will be dropping later on this year.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
The pros will mainly be the money and publicity, but the cons to me are the fact that I might not get to be myself in my music.
