Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Skilo Slimm.
How did you decide to become an artist?
Skilo Slimm: I have always had a love for music and creating. I would always include my self in any performance at school every talent show and performance I was there. Later in life I was unhappy with my current career so I decided to risk it all and chase my dream.
Having a dream is fine but it’s far more important to wake up and chase the dream until it becomes reality.
What about concerts? Do you play live?
Yes I love interacting with the people and getting to know them on a personal level.
Best punchline you ever wrote?
I do the most daily because sleep aint never paid cant get caught lazy shit I’m fifty years from eighty
What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?
I working on my mix tape The Lemonade Stand due out later this year.
Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It would depend on the details of the deal. Right now im in complete control of the music I make and who I work.If I lost that freedom might as well be back working in that freezer!
Any last words?
